Application and Use
To restore sluggish adrenal glands, this formula is recommended: 5% Black Spruce essential oil and 5% Pine essential oil in Hazelnut oil. Apply as needed to the kidney area. Can also add these oils: Peppermint oil and Cedarwood oil.
Black Spruce is non-toxic, a non-irritant and non-sensitizing. This is an aromatically powerful oil and its medical benefits are felt in small concentrations. Test a small amount of oil before engaging in more liberal usage. If pregnant or breast-feeding, consult a physician prior to use.
Black Spruce oil has a floral and citrus top note, distinctly green, resinous pine menthol and eucalyptus middle note with tones that are mildly balsamic and strongly wooded.
Black Spruce blends nicely with:
Pine and all other 'needle oils', Cedarwood, Lavender and Rosemary oils.
